The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has released six points of explanation to diplomatic missions and international organizations, confirming clear evidence that Cambodia's use of the new PMN-2 landmine violates the Ottawa Convention. The Ministry has requested a review of assistance due to insufficient demining, and hopes to discuss the issue at the RBC and GBC meetings.
